This document is part of the "Repost Planner" terms and conditions. It applies to users who have downloaded the "Repost Planner" app and/or have purchased a "Repost Planner" Pro Access membership. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the "Repost Planner" app. If you are using the "Repost Planner" app for a business or organization, you are agreeing to these terms on behalf of the business/organization to these terms, and “you” and “your” will refer to that business/organization.

Before reposting, posting, saving, sharing, and using content, you must make sure that you have the permission to use that content from all copyright owners of the media.
By using this app, you agree to our Terms and that it is your legal responsibility to make sure that you have permission to make use of all media that you are reposting, posting, saving, sharing, or using. You must directly contact and receive permission from all copyright owners of media before using that content. We will not be liable for any claims regarding copyright as you agree that it your responsibility to get permission to post all media that you post, save, share, repost or use and that you will not make use of content without permission from copyright owners.
Attribution may be given with a watermark or caption tag and must be discussed with copyright owners beforehand. If any users are found to violate these terms, they may be banned from using the service. You are responsible for all of your activity in connection with this app. Any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise illegal activity may be grounds for termination of your right to access or use the app.

Users are responsible for the content you use with (the link you paste on) "Repost Planner" App. "Repost Planner" provides support to Users to download information/content Users paste on "Repost Planner" App for the legitimate interests of the Users. We only display "original" content that users have posted on websites, pages, or networks of service or social network providers. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right in accordance with relevant laws and ensure their own intellectual property rights in relation to the content as posted. Users only use video downloaded through the "Repost Planner" App for personal, non-commercial, free purposes. "Repost Planner" cannot and has no obligation to check whether each content/information is legal or not, but if it detects any violation, it will ban Users from accessing and using "Repost Planner" App and "Repost Planner" Products and Services.
We grant our Users permission to temporarily download one copy of the Content and Materials (as defined above) on "Repost Planner" App for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not: alter, modify, distribute, or duplicate the Materials; use the Content and Materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial); remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the Content and Materials; or transfer the Content and Materials to another person or "mirror" the Content and Materials on any other server.
You expressly understand and agree that we and our affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use our Services; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through, from, or as a result of our Services; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on our Services; or (v) any other matter relating to us or our Services.
